Telecommunications
- We offer high speed secure, fiber optic Internet services prewired into every room. Our Internet can handle all of your bandwidth needs at lightning fast speed and you are not visible to others on the network.
- We provide our conference/hourly offices with fiber optic internet with a full time receptionist who stands ready to provide customary services (such as taking messages, transferring calls, notifying tenants of visitors.)
- We are prewired for multiple telecommunication ports between each office and the central telecommunications room. This allows for quick and easy installation of a prospective tenants internet and/or telephone system.
FREE SERVICES for the following:
- Receptionist Services who greats your customers and takes messages
- 4 hours a month use of CSA Building conference room (248 sq.ft.)
- Use of kitchen area with complementary coffee and tea
- Utilities
- Janitorial for nonsuite offices and maintenance services
