The CSA Building, currently owned by CSA Management LLC has been in operation for over 30 years to support the small business. There are currently 68 active tenants who rent office space full time, those who only rent mailboxes for their business mail, or short term day offices as needed by the hour.
We are under new ownership and new management as of August 2016 and have made a lot of exciting changes to benefit our tenants. We now have an online scheduling system if you want to rent a day office for the day or hour, and an online accounting system that allows you to see your ledger at any time.
We are now on a new secure and dedicated fiber optic network for our Internet through Benton PUD.
We still offer the same friendly and supportive atmosphere to help you grow with front desk receptionist services all day long.
