- Full small business office space lease/rental support services and equipment (including furniture, fiber optic Internet and telephone, for small established business and incubator companies in Richland (Tri-Cities) Washington. There is a nominal rental fee for furniture if available.
- Professional receptionist and secretarial services complete with lobby, conference room, copy & mail room, kitchen, and handicap friendly restrooms and offices for small business, incubator, and retail companies in Richland (Tri-Cities) Washington. We even have a shower!

We have various size office spaces with affordable rates that includes a full-time receptionist, and office support services standing ready to help you become successful!
Do You Need Hourly/Daily Conference Room or Office Space?
We have a fully furnished 248 sq-ft Conference Room and Day Room Office Space that we rent out at $15/hour. Fiber Optic Internet is included in the conference room and day room hourly space. Extra Day room space is dependent on office availability. Online scheduling system to reserve your space.
